Rochelle Clarke, Managing Director

Rochelle Clarke is the Managing Director of Succession Strength. She founded the advisory firm to help individuals and companies navigate business and career transitions.

By using a combination of techniques, including proprietary assessments, the team is able to design the right interventions and advise on preparing for a smooth transition. Rochelle’s areas of expertise include strategy, business continuity and exit planning. 

Having grown up in and around family owned businesses, Succession Strength was born out of Rochelle’s desire to see businesses and individuals thrive from one phase to the next.

The firm has expanded from its family business origins to helping impactful individuals around the globe - including executives and professional athletes - transition successfully to the next phase of their careers within or outside of their current organization.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and certified exit planner, Rochelle has spent her career helping companies execute winning strategies. She is the author of The 5 Critical Succession Conversations: A Comprehensive Guide for the Family Business and is an invited contributor to Forbes. She has been quoted in global publications like The New York Times, Spears' Magazine, Tharawat, PWM by the Financial Times and Thrive Global to name a few. In her spare time, she serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD and a Business Mentor at Cornell University.
